WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR DETAILS
When you ask us about an Uluru (Ayers Rock) day tour, you give us some personal information. This page explains, in plain English, what we keep, why we keep it, when it goes to the independent operator who runs your tour, and how you can ask us about it. We handle it with the Australian Privacy Principles in mind.

OUR ANSWER
We collect the details you choose to give us when you use our enquiry form, call us or email us. Typically that’s your name and contact details, plus what you tell us about the trip you have in mind, such as the tour you’re interested in, your preferred dates and any message you add.
Please don’t include sensitive information, such as health details, unless you need to tell us something relevant to taking part in a tour. If you do, we’ll only use it for that purpose.
01 · HOW WE USE IT
We use your details to reply, to check the tour and date you asked about, and to help you book if you decide to go ahead. We don’t use them for unrelated purposes.
02 · WHO ELSE SEES IT
03 · WHAT WE DON’T DO
We don’t sell your details. We don’t automatically add you to marketing emails or send your enquiry to marketing services. We’ll only disclose information beyond the operator where the law requires it.
OUR ANSWER
Enquiries sent through the form are stored privately in this website’s own system, which only we can access. We keep them for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or booking, and to keep reasonable records afterwards.
After you send an enquiry you may get an automatic email confirming we’ve received it. It’s only an acknowledgement. It doesn’t confirm a booking, a price or availability. Those come from the operator, through us.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website is completely secure, though, so please only send what’s needed for your enquiry.
ACCESS, CORRECTION, QUESTIONS
Yes. You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need it. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, tell us and we’ll look into it. If you’re still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
To ask about your information, use the contact form and say it’s a privacy request, or email [email protected]. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on a request.
If we change how we handle personal information, we’ll update this page.
